Get the most out of your practice


  • When you visit for the first time, please arrive 20 minutes before your class starts to sign up as a student
  • Please let your yoga teacher know before class begins if you have any injuries or medical conditions
  • Wear comfortable, gym style clothes that you can move in
  • Come to class well-hydrated, not on a full stomach and with an open mind
  • You can bring your own mat or rent ours for R20 per session
  • We encourage you to ask the teachers questions about the practice
  • Always move at your own pace – take it easy for the first few classes and, most of all, enjoy it!
