In this 90-minute immersive experience, Vanessa will guide you through gentle breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and a deeply relaxing sound bath.
The journey begins with simple practices to help release tension and prepare the body for rest. As you settle in, you'll be immersed in the soothing sounds of the gong, Himalayan singing bowls, and chimes, allowing their vibrations to wash over you and guide you into a state of profound peace and relaxation.
Whether you're new to sound healing or returning to deepen your practice, this experience is designed to support the healing and restoration of mind, body, and spirit.
